Hi

Several months ago, I downloaded xampplite, which contains Apache, MySQL, PHP and phpMyAdmin, from http://www.wikihow.com/Install-Apach...n-a-Windows-PC, and installed in my computer.

However, it does not work.

After checking various forums, it seems that the forum in Apache (?) says that the xampplite cannot work under Windows XP with pack 2, and one must disable the firewall in Windows XP in order to run the xampplite. I turned off the firewall, but the xampplite still does not work.

Can anyone else give me some suggestion?
