Thread: How to delete .htaccess?

I would like to delete .htaccess from the hosting server, although I followed the step shown in different web, I still cannot delete it.

Yesterday I downloaded another FTP, CoreFTP with hope to delete it, but no solution yet.

Maybe you can try renaming it first, and then deleting it? If it doesn't work through FTP then try the CP.

Thanks, but it cannot be remaned, and CP in FTP does not have any effect at all.

with same problem .. i use fileZila then deleted the file,it works .. otherwise,any server prevent user to delete this file, if this happen,contact your administrator
